Flash Templates or dynamic flash photo gallery templates?

Let's say I plan to create only photo gallery. Do I need to purchase a dynamic flash photo gallery template or ordinary flash template will be enough?

Dynamic flash photo gallery templates cost too much. So I would choose ordinary flash templates
