do it with Photoshop.
there iare a lot of Photoshop tutorials in a case you don't have any experience wotrking with this proggram. Just use google seach box )

Psd files require Photoshop.
This software is user-friendly. Just play around and you’ll understand it.

I’ve heard that PSD files can be edited with the help of photoplus program. It’s free to download. I believe you’ll easily find it on the net as soon as you google for it.

You need image editor that supports .psd files.

Of course Photoshop
Paint Shop Pro

There is also the possibility to edit psd files in fireworks or Adobe Design
