I like this forum. The way it looks and operates.
Is it possble for me to add a similar forum to my website? If the answer is positive how can I do it?

If you use paid hosting you’ll be able to add such a forum having done appropriate settings in your control panel. Using Fantastico for this. If you use a free one you should probably upload the forum software manually.

I advise you to find a good hosting provider which offers PHP and MYSQL support.
You can try [Only registered and activated users can see links] It's free and they offer PHP & MYSQL.
You can also use PHPBB for your forum. There are a lot of templates to choose from.
