Where can i get best free website templates?

I know nothing about web design. I need a template that is easy to use and customize.

Opinions differ and you will get different information from different users. I have just looked througth the free templates website reviews in this section of forum and it seems to me that the resources listed here if not the best then some of the best on the web (flashmo.com is you need free flash templates and free templates online if you need we templates).
